Since 1 October 2026, Infomaniak SA shares have been trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker INFO. Here is what this means, and why we have taken this step.

The key facts at a glance

  • Infomaniak SA shares have been trading on the SIX Swiss Exchange under the ticker INFO since 1 October 2026.
  • For customers, nothing changes: services, contracts and data location remain the same.
  • Infomaniak remains independent: the majority of voting rights are held by the Infomaniak Foundation, a recognised public-interest foundation, through unlisted shares that are not freely transferable.
  • All our financial information is published at the same time for everyone, in the investor area.

No. Same teams, same services, same contracts, same commitments.

The majority of voting rights remain with the Infomaniak Foundation, through unlisted shares that are not freely transferable. Recognised as a public-interest foundation, it supports projects that serve the public good in three areas: training people in responsible digital practices, strengthening digital autonomy and building a sustainable digital future. What is traded on the stock exchange is Infomaniak’s economic value, not its independence.

The company continues to be run by its management and Board of Directors. The Foundation’s role is defined by the Participation Charter, a notarised document setting out nine principles, including independence, digital sovereignty, privacy protection and environmental responsibility. The Foundation Board can strengthen these principles, but not weaken them.

Why go public?

The listing gives us the means to move faster:

  • Fund what comes next more easily, when needed: new data centres in Switzerland, hiring and R&D, investment in artificial intelligence.
  • Become even more transparent: our results and major decisions are now published under strict rules, at the same time for everyone. That is a mark of trust, particularly for large companies and public institutions.
  • Attract and retain highly sought-after specialists.

Rather than opening our capital to a single investor, we chose the transparency of a Swiss listing, open to everyone who shares our values.

Can I buy Infomaniak shares?

Yes, like any Swiss share, through your bank or trading app, under the ticker INFO. We do not sell shares directly, do not give investment advice and make no recommendation regarding this security. We are bound by strict equal treatment: no information is shared with anyone before its official publication.

Is data still just as well protected?

Yes. Your data stays in Switzerland, in our own data centres, with the same teams and the same contracts. We design and operate our infrastructure and software ourselves. Our commitments on privacy and the environment are unchanged. Your data is neither sold nor used for commercial purposes, and these principles, enshrined in the Participation Charter, can only be strengthened.
