Infomaniak Affiliate Programme: recommend the services you love

Published on August 31, 2026 by Team Infomaniak

Joining the Infomaniak Affiliate Programme isn’t just about recommending services and earning a commission. It’s about introducing your audience to a credible alternative to America’s tech giants, one that reflects today’s priorities around sovereignty, privacy and responsible digital practices.

With the Infomaniak Affiliate Programme, you can recommend services you already use and trust, while being rewarded for every new customer you bring in.

Affiliate or partner: two separate programmes that can’t be combined

Before you get started, it’s worth understanding one key distinction: the affiliate programme and the partner programme serve different purposes.

The affiliate programme is designed for content creators, media outlets, bloggers, comparison sites, influencers, or more broadly anyone with an online audience: a website, YouTube channel, newsletter, LinkedIn community, Instagram, TikTok, forum, and so on.

It works on a recommendation basis: you talk about our products in your content (articles, comparisons, videos, social media…) and earn a commission whenever new customers sign up through your affiliate link.

The partner programme is designed for professionals who support their clients with our solutions. It’s aimed mainly at agencies, freelancers and IT providers who want to build Infomaniak into their business and access specific benefits, such as cashback or dedicated support.

The two programmes can’t be combined. To work out which one suits you best, simply ask yourself: do you recommend Infomaniak to an audience through your content, or do you work directly with clients on their projects and digital services?

A more accessible referral programme for the general public is also coming soon. It will let Infomaniak users simply recommend the services they use to friends and family, and receive associated perks or rewards.

An independent, committed company built on strong choices

For more than 30 years, Infomaniak has built its own infrastructure and software to keep full control of its technology chain. This choice of independence today guarantees something essential: our users’ data is never resold or exploited, in a way that’s fully aligned with today’s digital sovereignty concerns.

This vision comes with concrete environmental commitments. Our data centres are designed to maximise energy efficiency and put the heat they generate to use, warming local homes. This isn’t marketing talk, it’s an industrial reality, documented and deployed at scale.

In a market largely dominated by American players, we’ve made a different choice: a European cloud that’s sovereign and sustainable.

That consistency is what sets our affiliates apart. They’re not pushing a product, they’re recommending a solution they believe in.

For many creators, it’s also a way of doing right by their community: pointing their audience towards tools that are more respectful of data, more sustainable and more transparent.

How the affiliate programme works

Once you’re accepted onto the programme, you get a unique referral link. That’s what tracks the sign-ups and orders generated by your content.

When a user clicks your link, they have a 30-day window to create an account. If an order is placed within that time, it’s credited to you, provided the customer is new. After that, all purchases made by that new customer during their first year are counted towards your account.

The commission is then held for 30 days to cover the money-back guarantee period. Once that’s passed, it’s confirmed and added to your earnings.

Payments are automated and made every month once a minimum threshold is reached, using the payment method of your choice (Infomaniak prepaid account, PayPal, IBAN), making it easy to track how your performance is developing.

You’ll find full details in our FAQ on the Infomaniak affiliate commission system.

Eligibility and the spirit of the programme

Access to the affiliate programme isn’t automatic. Every application is reviewed to make sure the proposed content fits with our image and the way we communicate.

Above all, we’re looking for people who can produce content that’s clear, honest and genuinely useful, both for their audience and for future Infomaniak customers. The goal isn’t to drive sales at any cost, but to recommend services in a way that’s transparent, relevant and true to Infomaniak’s values.

This is a long-term commitment. Affiliates are encouraged to build solid content, test the products for themselves and present them honestly. We’re always available to talk things through before you publish, answer questions, and support you as you grow.

An attractive, scalable commission model

As soon as you join the programme, you earn a 25% commission on sales generated through your audience. That rate then increases with your performance, through progressive tiers reaching up to 50%.

One of the programme’s strengths is the breadth of the Infomaniak ecosystem, which now spans more than 20 products and services: cloud, email, storage, video conferencing, backup, AI, file transfer, web hosting, servers, and more.

Commission applies across this whole ecosystem, with the exception of a few specific services such as domain names, where margins are deliberately kept very low so we can offer some of the most competitive prices on the market. That said, these products are still valuable from an affiliate perspective: a customer who registers a domain name will often go on to discover other Infomaniak services suited to their needs.

Useful for both B2C and B2B, backed by a trusted brand

One of the programme’s strong points is how simple and how good the products are to promote.

Among the most effective services for affiliates:

  • Web hosting works just as well for freelancers, SMEs and agencies as it does for website creators. It’s often the easiest entry point: a complete, easy-to-understand offer with multi-site support, unlimited traffic, unlimited databases and Node.js included.
  • my kSuite is an excellent gateway for everyday users. The free plan includes an email address, cloud storage, a collaborative office suite and Euria, our sovereign AI. It’s a very easy product to recommend, with a strong conversion rate to our paid plans over time.
  • kSuite is aimed more at businesses and organisations looking to replace Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 with a credible European solution. Email, storage, collaboration, video conferencing and document management: it’s all brought together in a sovereign environment hosted in Switzerland.
  • Swiss Backup brings a very concrete security angle for professionals and businesses. It backs up servers, workstations and critical infrastructure using recognised market technologies, within a sovereign environment.
  • VPS Lite lets you quickly spin up a Linux or Windows server to host an application, a website, automations or AI projects. It’s especially popular with technical users, developers and people building projects around tools like n8n or OpenClaw.
