Change the PHP version on the fly, without interrupting your websites

Published on April 20, 2015 by Team Infomaniak

All Infomaniak Web hostings now let you switch from one version of PHP to another, without interrupting a website and with no risk. If necessary, you can go back to an older version of PHP at any time.

For example, you can migrate a site from PHP 5.4 to PHP 5.5 in just seconds, and switch back quickly in the event of an incompatibility.

If you need to, it’s even possible to use multiple versions of PHP on a single website, by configuring the PHP version desired based on the folders of your choosing.

Currently, our hostings support PHP 5.4, 5.5, and 5.6 and we will update this list with the latest PHP versions as they become available.

By integrating these updates into all our web hostings, we hope to help simplify the development and evolution of your online projects.
